Περιγραφή Θέσης

Our Client is a CySEC regulated investment firm offering innovative investment and financial technology services to high net worth professional traders and institutions. 

They are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to add to their dynamic Exclusive team. You will be part of our dedicated sales team, handling new and existing clients while further developing your own portfolio.

 

Key Responsibilities / Duties

  • Handling all assigned leads completely and professionally
  • Converting all leads to live and funded trading accounts
  • Promote the Company’s financial products and services
  • Cross selling and upselling company products at every opportunity
  • Assisting clients with any queries and technical issues
  • Implementing call protocols and follow up procedures
  • Maintaining and updating company CRM
  • Identifying and suggesting proposals for growth
  • Exploring ways to increase network of clients
  • Achieve daily and monthly KPIs through successful telesales and cold calling
  • Maintaining a high volume of client contact via phone
  • Develop business relationships with prospective clients and partners
  • Follow the company’s compliance policies and procedures with regards to processing client
  • documentation and other relative matters
  • Communicating efficiently between all departments
  • Suggesting feedback for improvement

 

Work Experience / Knowledge

  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience on Sales in the Forex Industry
  • Native English speaker required
  • Greek language will be an advantage

 

Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • A genuine interest in Sales and the Forex Industry
  • Self-motivated and versatile with a strong desire for development and success
  • Creative and results driven
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive approach and outlook
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals
  • Dynamic, innovative and target driven
  • Strong networking capability
  • Positive attitude to learning and implementing sales techniques
  • Strong team player

 

Education

  • University Degree or College Diploma in Finance/Economics/Banking/ Business Administration or related field will be considered an advantage

 

Benefits:

  • Basic Salary of 1600 Gross Approx. + Commission structure based on experience
  • 5 days extra leave a year for Non Smokers
  • Working Hours 9-6
  • No shift work
