Περιγραφή Θέσης

Our client, a Corporate Services Company based in Limassol, is looking to hire a motivated individual in the role of Russian-speaking Corporate Administrator.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Formation of both Cyprus and Overseas Companies for clients.
  • Perusal, review of various corporate agreements and arranging for execution by the Directors of the Companies.
  • Preparation, review and execution of various secretarial services/documents of the Companies including minutes, resolutions, instruments of transfer, share certificates, incumbency certificates as well as Specific Powers of Attorney.
  • Filing and administration duties.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS Office software and generally computer literate.
  • Excellent knowledge of Russian and English
  • University Degree in Accounting, Economic, Business Administration, Legal or relevant.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position is required
  • Eu-citizen 

 

The working hours are 8:30-5:30 (half hour lunch break) Monday – Thursday and 8:30-14:30 Friday
