An innovative service provider specialized in providing tailor-made solutions to the iGaming industry, is seeking to hire an Office Administrator within their HR department. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support for the office
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or a relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluent English
  • Multitasking skills
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
