Περιγραφή Θέσης

GRS are working with a family office based in Limassol. Our clients are seeking a HR Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have excellent and clear knowledge of HR Policies. If you feel you have the necessary skills and experience, then we look forward to receiving your CV.

 

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and communicate HR policies (Hiring, vacations, relocation, travel, flat rental, etc.)
  • Design organization structure (org hierarchy)  and staff list
  • Develop shift schedules
  • Define qualification requirements (job profiles)
  • Plan employee recruitment, and hire costs
  • Recruit / hire candidates
  • Negotiate terms of employment with successful candidates, issue and approve letter of offer by both parties
  • Maintain candidate database
  • Keep records of released personnel
  • Obtain all necessary documents to hire or rotate non-residents in compliance with applicable legislation (work permits, long-stay working visas etc.) 
  • Timely withdraw work permits in case of employment termination
  • Maintain employees’ database in the chosen IT solution (personal data, education info, work history, work permits (if applicable), vacation days balance, scans of all duly signed employment related documents as part of employment history of each and every employee, etc.)
  • Keep records of all HR transactions (hire, transfer, employment terms’ amendments, vacations, dismissals/redundancies) 
  • Support personnel transactions by concluding appropriate agreements and issuing necessary notifications (employment contracts as per letters of offer, additional agreements in case of changes into the agreed terms, notices, termination agreements)
  • Work place arrangement. Make sure that all support departments/services are duly and timely notified of new hire/transfer/dismissal
  • Organize on-going time keeping process  
  • Develop annual vacation schedule and get it approved
  • Prepare information for monthly payroll
  • Compensations and Benefits (C&B) management
  • Manage compensation and benefits compliant to C&B policies
  • Develop performance standards based on KPIs 
  • Prepare and submit up-to-date salary/bonuses information for payroll on monthly basis
  • Run payroll either in-house or choose outsourcing company to calculate salary and taxes on the basis of handed data
  • In case payroll is outsourced, make sure that the results of calculations are downloaded into in-house IT system
  • Distribute pay slips to the employees
  • Plan and control personnel expenses (salary, bonuses, allowances, compensations according to employment contracts) 
  • Produce different types of HR data reports upon request (headcount, personnel expenses, vacation balance etc., by person, by entity, etc.)
  • Should we choose to use IT solution, it is expected to provide employees with necessary information about their employment (vacation days’ balance, pay slips, salary and employment history etc.)

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Very good communication, personnel management and coaching, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Dynamic and responsible individual with the ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team
  • Previous background and experience in the HR sector
  • Knowledge of the Financial industry and applicable Policies and Regulations
  • Russian Speaking is preferred
  • Excellent command of the English language & Greek
  • Knowledge of HR Policies, Org structure and headcount management, Recruitment, Immigration issues, HR administration,  Compensations and Benefits (C&B) management, Payroll, Budgeting and Reporting would be an advantage.
