A well-established international gaming company are working with GRS to recruit a Corporate Lawyer to join their Limassol office. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ post qualified experience with strong Corporate law practical knowledge. The team believe in building solid relations with their partners and customers, and regularly invest in product development in order to satisfy their customers’ needs.   • Review and draft of corporate, finance, commercial agreements including but not limited to SPA, SHA, option agreements, loan agreements, pledge agreement, security agreements, etc.
  • Work with the Registrar of Companies
  • Undertake and oversee the formation, administration and dissolution of companies registered in Cyprus and offshore jurisdictions
  • Draft and review Memorandum and Articles of Association and effect amendments on them
  • Report and receive instructions from the manager of the department
  • Review and draft directors’ and shareholders’ minutes and resolutions, Power of Attorneys etc.
  • Perform legal research and prepare relevant reports
  • Provide legal opinions on corporate, tax, commercial matters
  • Manage complaints in accordance with regulatory guidelines and complaints handling policy of the Company



  • University degree in Law
  • A minimum of 3-4 years’ post qualified experience
  • Qualified Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language, both written and spoken. Russian will be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of Cyprus Companies Law
  • Knowledge of eBOS software will be considered as an advantage
  • IT literacy with sound knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office/Outlook/Excel etc.
