Περιγραφή Θέσης

On behalf of our client we are recruiting a FX Operations Manager with Finance background to join an established Forex Broker based in Limassol. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a Financial Analyst role and ideally experience in a key level Finance Manager role within the FX industry. The candidate must be keen to join an Operational Management role and be able to guide and consult with senior management. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a company who believes in building long term relationships. 

 

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the company 
  • Identify trends, advise company and recommend actions to a senior financial analyst based on economic analysis
  • Supervise, monitor and assess the operational performance of specific departments
  • Analyse financial and economics company’s data from an operational and promotional perspective as well as from a risk management perspective
  • Participate in new projects related to FX across the Group
  • Management of internal service provider relationships 
  • Put in place and document repeatable processes and practices ensuring appropriate adherence to company policy
  • Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function
  • Track and determine financial status by analysing actual results in comparison with forecasts

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or any other relevant field  
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Financial Analyst role within the Financial Services industry 
  • Experience in an Operational Manager role within the FX industry 
  • Previous experience in a Financial Controller role is a plus 
  • Finance background is a must 
  • Knowledge of the FX industry, rules and regulations is a must 
  • High level of technical skills 
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and Power BI
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
