On behalf of our client, a well-established Accounting Firm in Nicosia, GRS are recruiting an experienced Secretary to join the team.  The successful candidate will be the front line of the office and must have previous experience in an office administrator, secretary, or PA role. The ideal candidate must speak a high level of both Greek and English. If you feel you have the necessary skills and experience, then we look forward to receiving your CV.

 

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Answers and transfers incoming phone calls
  • Undertakes general office duties including filing, receiving parcels and letters
  • Answer phones and reply to correspondence
  • Schedule appointments, business travel and meetings
  • Assist the Managing Partner
  • General front office desk duties
  • Any ad hoc duties as required

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Degree in Administration or any other relevant field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a receptionist, secretary, or office administrator
  • Fluency in Greek and English is mandatory
  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Friendly and polite personality
  • Organised and excellent communication skills
