Περιγραφή Θέσης

Our client is an innovative service provider specialized in providing tailor-made solutions to the iGaming industry and they are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist to join the HR department 

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Manage recruiting and selection process end to end including, job descriptions, job post, identify sourcing channels, cv screening, interviews, assessment processes, references, communication with candidates
  • Liaising with recruiting agencies for new positions
  • Manage recruitment process for internal job openings
  • Manage pipeline of inbound candidates, ensuring a best in class candidate experience
  • Prepare job offer letters, communications, introduction emails for new employees
  • Develop and monitor reports to assess recruitment efficiency
  • Manage employee referral process plan 
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
  • Lead employer branding initiatives 
  • Organize and deliver induction training to new employees 
  • Support in the rollout of performance appraisal process and assist line managers as appropriate
  • Administer Succession Planning and Talent Management process

 

Qualifications:

  • BA/BSc degree in Business Administration of relevant field. Master’s Degree in HRM will be a plus.
  • Solid experience in relevant role in a must
  • Understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics 
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PPT and web-based applications
  • Competent in developing and implementing innovative recruiting approaches / tools to sourced high caliber candidates
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Result oriented personality, team player

 

Reports to: Head of Human Resources

 

Compensation package:

Annual Salary range: 22.000 – 30.000

Annual Bonus: 1  monthly salary 

 

Working hours

Flexible working hours . Employees can arrive 8:00am -10:00am and leave 4:00pm -6:00pm (1 hour lunch break) . In general in the HR department the work schedule is usually 8.30-9.00 to 5.30-6.00.
