A well-established sales and business development company with its headquarters in Greece and offices in Cyprus, are working with GRS to Business Development Manager to join their rapidly expanding team.  The successful candidate must have previous experience in business development in the IT or the Telecommunications industry and must be fluent in English.  For this role you can work remotely if you prefer so and you will be expanding the company’s client across the world.  If you are looking for a new challenge to join a company with international clientele, we are looking forward to receiving your application for this Business Development Manager role. 



  • Managing and maintaining regular contact with existing customers
  • Generating new business opportunities and incremental sales from existing and/or new customers
  • Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, attending events or other means of generating interest from potential clients
  • Searching, identifying and selecting potential clients and decision makers to contact
  • Achieving sales targets
  • Contributing to setting up with the team a client’s sales strategy plan, forecasting
  • Responding to sales leads, follow up prospects and finalize the sales process
  • Handling sales



  • Minimum 8-10 years of business experience in sales and business development roles
  • Experience in sales in the Telecommunications or technology organization (software or services) industry is considered a must
  • Must be self-disciplined with the ability to work from home
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and verbal)
  • Ability to connect instantly with people, build rapport and trust.
  • Native English speaker. Second language will be considered a plus
  • Cyprus based candidate will be considered a plus.
