Περιγραφή Θέσης

On behalf of our client an established Forex company in Limassol we are recruiting a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in a Recruitment Specialist/ Talent Acquisition Manager role within the Forex industry. You will need to source, screen and select job applicants for various roles requested by the company. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a company who believes in building long term relationships and ongoing development.



  • Develop, updated and publish job descriptions and specifications
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes as per role requirement
  • Identify best candidates for each required role through various sources
  • Source and recruit potential candidates through headhunting online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Lead company’s branding initiatives
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • In Continual contact with HRs of the group to update for the job recruiting process
  • Providing daily reports regarding the candidates, traffic and cost per hire, etc



  • Degree in Human Resources Management or any other relevant field
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a Recruitment Specialist/ Talent Acquisition Manager role within the Forex industry is a must
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Ability to think outside the box and be a creative thinker
  • Excellent knowledge of the social media
  • Marketing background and experience with social medias will be considered as a major advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Highly confidential manner
