MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the first person of contact and liaise with external recruiters 
• Managing all case work and acting as the first point of contact for all employees 
• Managing the recruitment process
• Producing, maintaining and implementing policies and procedures in relation to HR 
• Ensure compliance and application of relevant laws throughout human resource management
• Support and develop the company’s culture through HR practices.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Develop and revise job descriptions
• Manage ongoing maintenance and retention of employees
• Arrange employee events and/or any other employee related social benefits and incentives
• Prepare job adverts, check applications, shortlist candidates

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Fluent English plus fluency in Greek or Russian will be considered as an advantage
• Solid experience in the HR field
• Degree in Human Resource Management or related field is a must
• Results oriented and highly motivated person
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to handle personal and sensitive information
