Περιγραφή Θέσης

Our client, a Financial Services Provider located in Limassol, is looking to hire a Call Monitoring Agent.

 

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring recorded calls on a daily basis
  • Quality Assurance Performance
  • Quantity/Deadlines
  • Provides feedback data to management

 

Requirements

  • Experience in a Compliance or a Back Office role within a Forex company for at least one year
  • Critical & logical thinking, analysis & research skills
  • Effectively prioritize urgent cases/multi-task in fast paced team environment
  • Efficient Typing Skills/Reports
  • Creative ability & writing proficiency in English (Additional Arabic, Spanish, Italian or German will be considered an advantage)
  • Knowledge of computer operations – Good Excel/World
  • Be a good listener
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong critical thinking skills

 

Working Hours:

09:00 am – 18:00 pm
