Our client, a Regulated Forex Company with a comfortable office in the city center in Limassol, is looking to hire a Dutch-speaking Retention Agent.

Responsibilities: 

• Promote the company’s product and services
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Ensure clients receive the highest level of services at all times
• Educate clients on how to use the company’s trading platforms
• Keep up to date with the financial markets
• Follow the policies and procedures set by the compliance department 
   

Requirements: 

• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English language both oral and written
• Strong computer skills, CRM, Microsoft Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational skills
• At least 6 months experience in the same role in FX
• Dynamic, innovative and target driven
• Ability to work in pressure in a fast-moving environment

The working hours are Monday to Friday 12:00- 21:00
