Our client is a CySEC Regulated Financial Trading Company based in Limassol and they are looking for a Back Office Officer to join their KYC team.

Responsibilities:

• Initial due diligence on clients’ accounts 
• Verification and monitoring of Know Your Customer documentation
• Collaboration with other departments on verification and risk tasks
• Verification of accounts in accordance with internal policies and procedures
• Assisting the risk department with review and monitoring of accounts
• Maintaining accurate records of tasks

Requirements:

• Fluency in English 
• Computer Proficient – A must.        
• Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Experience in back office administration/accounting – advantage 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills . 
• Willingness to work in a team.
• Good knowledge of PC: MS Outlook, Word, Excel
• Previous experience of at least 6 months in similar role 
      

Working hours:

9:00 – 18:00 with 1 hour lunch break.

Salary :

1500 – 1700 Euros gross monthly
