MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the company’s owner to solve daily life needs, such as air tickets and hotel reservations, doctor appointments etc.
• Coordinate the work of the housekeeping staff and drivers
• Manage and maintain the company’s owner real estate overseas
• Ensure that the house is in a livable condition before the owner arrives
• Work closely with the catering staff regarding the meal preparation and ensure that is conducted respecting a healthy nutrition plan

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree holder, ideally from a well-reputable university
• Fluency in English and French/ Italian is a must
• Preference in hotel management background or relevant working experience
• Have a strong sense of service and confidentiality
• Must have permanent residency in Europe or at least have working or living experience in Europe before
