A well-established international payment solutions company with offices in Cyprus and Germany, are working with GRS to recruit a Head of Marketing to join their team.  The successful candidate could be based in their Larnaca offices or could work remotely from anywhere in the world.  If you have experience as a Marketing Manager within a B2B environment and you have been managing a team, we are looking forward to receiving your application.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build a strategy for the Marketing team, including digital, advertising, communication and creative
• Lead the marketing team in developing and executing an integrated marketing strategy
• Lead B2B acquisition through online and offline marketing campaign management, particularly digital channels
• Ensure strong and consistent brand delivery and messaging across all channels
• Work closely with the sales and product teams to create effective marketing campaigns that educate, engage, and convert potential customers
• Run PR campaigns in target publications through multiple channels and liaising with PR agencies
• Manage marketing budget ensuring effective prioritization and allocation of resources
• Report to the CEO and executive team

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any other relevant field
• 3+ years’ experience as a Marketing Manager in a B2B environment
• Experience in the Payment Solutions industry will be considered as a major advantage
• Previous experience in managing a team
• Experience in lead generation and lead nurturing
• Experience in B2B digital marketing processes and successful strategies
• Fluency in English is a must, both verbal and written
