Front Desk Administration/Sales assistant

A group of companies, TA MERI FINANCE PVT. LTD and ROVI RENT A CAR PVT. LTD, is an international team of car-loving professionals with 10+years of experience in car sales, car financing and car leasing.

We are growing fast in Cyprus market, and we are seeking to appoint a Front Desk Administration/Sales Assistant in our Limassol office. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls
  • Documents collection, scanning, archiving
  • Write and distribute emails to company’s partners and clients
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Order office supplies



  • Excellent spoken and written Greek and English languages
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding Customer Relationship Management
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Good knowledge in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
  • Knowledge of the automobile industry would be considered as an advantage
  • Driving license
