Our client, an international Commercial Bank based in Limassol, is looking to recruit an energetic candidate with Accounting and strong IT knowledge. The company will offer 1 year contract on a renewable basis. 

The candidate will be reporting to central banks and working extensively with Excel. They will be mainly in charge of the daily control of the accounting entries generated and reconcile all entries with various departments to ascertain their correctness and that all have been properly posted in the accounting system.  In this role you will be reporting to the head of Account department. 
The candidate will also assist the Head with HR and IT matters.

Requirements: 

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role 
• Relevant degree (LCCI or bachelor’s degree in accounting) 
• Strong IT skills: Word and Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, formulae/ extracting information, etc.) 
• Excellent English and Greek skills 
• Very good analytical and mathematical skills 
• Positive, efficient, and clever
• Attention to detail

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 08.30 – 1.30 and from 15.00 – 17.30 

The company is offering a salary of about 1,500 Euros gross per month plus 13th salary, bonus, provident fund and medical insurance.
