Our client, a CYSEC Regulated German Investment Firm located in Limassol, is looking to hire a Native English Administrator.

Position: Administrator (For Head of Strategic Initiatives & IC Manager)



  • General administrative duties (e.g., complex diary/meeting management, emails, calls, note-taking in meetings and follow-up actions, project administration, online document management).
  • Build relationships with management, Heads of Departments and other employees to facilitate and expedite projects, rapport and internal communications.
  • Multiple project administration, with the need to ensure deadlines are met by those accountable.
  • Work closely with and support two colleagues – Head of Strategic Initiatives, and the Internal Communications Manager – on their projects and daily activities.
  • To a high standard, create/write emails, presentations, reports, and other content when needed (your own, and for others).
  • Conduct ad hoc research on a variety of topics and summarise findings in writing.
  • Be a principal point of contact for consultants and suppliers.



  • Native English Speaker.
  • Excellent written and spoken English. Must be highly organised and have proven administration experience.
  • Outstanding in administration, organisation, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise well when handling multiple projects and tasks.
  • Adept in Google Suite applications and formatting (Google Docs, Mail, Sheets, Drive, Slides), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google Search (including advance filters).
  • A zestful, can-do attitude with a passion to excel.
  • Results-driven, and able to cope with pressure and deadlines.
  • Diplomatic, discreet, friendly and professional.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to write clear, brief and structured emails including for others, and reports.
  • Keen to excel, learn and grow in the role and develop your skills and talents.



  • Be interested in one or more of the following: helping to build best practice, business development, PR, and communications
  • Have a financial or creative industry background
  • Other language skills (written and spoken).
