Our client, a well-established construction/real estate and property management firm, is looking for an experienced accountant to join their team in Ayia Napa.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conducting accounting work including:
• Timely invoicing
• Review of monthly collections
• Payroll preparation
• Bank reconciliation
• Vat forms preparation and submission
• On-time review and submission of tax returns such as Employer’s return, Special Defence
• Contribution on rentals
• Prepare management reports 
• Assist/Liaise with the external auditors for the preparation of audited financial statements of the Company.

Prerequisites

• Holder of a degree or a professional qualification related to accounting.
• At least 3 years of recent practicable accounting experience.
• Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written.
• Communication skills

Remuneration package:

• An attractive and competitive remuneration package will be offered in accordance with the qualifications and practicable experience. 
• Salary based on qualification and experience. Up to 24K EUR Gross/Annual
