Main Duties and Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will join a fast-growing IT environment and will have BASIC networking skills. Main responsibilities will be 1st Level Support.

Candidate Profile:

• 2 years hands-on experience;
• Experience in MS active directory (create users, security groups, assign permission on network folders)
• Experience with PC and Mac hardware, Printers and Computer peripherals;
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment;
• Knowledge in the TCP/IP protocol;
• Proven experience and knowledge in Microsoft Windows 10 OS
• Availability to work in dynamic working hours;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent knowledge of English language is a must;
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment;
• Knowledge of Google G Suite Products will be considered as an advantage;
• Basic Knowledge of FreePBX or other VOIP Communication system will be considered as an advantage;
