Περιγραφή Θέσης

An International Corporate Services Provider is seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to contribute to the continuing success of the company’s Corporate and Compliance department in Limassol.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of various corporate documents
  • Preparation of directors and shareholders resolutions
  • Preparation of payment orders
  • Opening of bank accounts
  • Filling of documents
  • Communication with clients, government authorities, financial institutions and other associates

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in a related role approximately 2-3 years
  • Excellent knowledge in AML and KYC
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional skills with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to client service
  • Excellent command of English. Knowledge of Russian or Chinese will be considered as an advantage.
  • Sound computer skills
  • Ability to work as a team member
