An International Corporate Services Provider is seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to contribute to the continuing success of the company’s Corporate and Compliance department in Limassol.
Preparation of various corporate documents
Preparation of directors and shareholders resolutions
Preparation of payment orders
Opening of bank accounts
Filling of documents
Communication with clients, government authorities, financial institutions and other associates
Experience in a related role approximately 2-3 years
Excellent knowledge in AML and KYC
Excellent interpersonal and professional skills with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to client service
Excellent command of English. Knowledge of Russian or Chinese will be considered as an advantage.
Sound computer skills
Ability to work as a team member
