Our client is an investment and real estate development holding based in Limassol with a diversified portfolio of exclusive residential and commercial projects, looking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Business Development and Sales Manager.

The main responsibilities for the position are but not limited to:

  • Identify potential sources of new sales leads
  • Build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships with agents, private banks, partners in Cyprus and abroad (TA presence regions):
  • Maintain relationships with existing partners
  • Organize property tours for partners
  • Organize interaction of partners and sales managers’ team 
  • Research organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets 
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives in relation to partners and their marketing activities 
  • Contacting potential partners and their clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Attending conferences, meeting, and industry events to find new agents and partners
  • Developing quotes and proposals, and negotiate contracts 
  • Develop network building strategy focused on financial gains
  • Present in Allea office during presale period and later in sales center (in shift)
  • Interact with leads generated by partners and digital and offline advertisement (direct contacts) through approved funnel
  • Follow up and organize client data and build the company’s client base in CRM Bitrix24
  • Abide by compliance and GDPR principles
  • Assist with making applications for the passport scheme
  • Remain knowledgeable about the real estate market and best practices

The main requirements for the position are:

  • Degree in Marketing or similar
  • Similar experience in Cyprus (5+ years)
  • Experience in the building construction and development industry in Cyprus
  • Excellent negotiating, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English and Greek required, Russian would be an advantage
  • Trusted and reliable person
