Περιγραφή Θέσης

Our client is a Cyprus Investment Company (CIF) and a part of a global group offering access investments and professional technology solutions to clients and they are looking to hire a Call Monitoring Agent to join their team based in Limassol.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring recorded calls on a daily basis
  • Quality Assurance Performance
  • Quantity/Deadlines
  • Provides feedback data to management
  • They will be required to have critical & logical thinking, analysis & research skills
  • Optional – Fast typing skills

 

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of computer operations – Good Excel/World
  • Be a good listener
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Effectively prioritize urgent cases/multi-task in fast paced team environment
  • Efficient Typing Skills/Reports
  • Creative ability & writing proficiency in English and German or any other language will be considered an advantage
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Experience with Forex Industry for at least one year
