Our client, a Translation Services Company, is looking for a Key Account Coordinator for their office in Limassol.  The Key Account Coordinator identifies sales leads, pitches services to new clients and maintains a good working relationship with new and existing clients of the company and reports to the Key Account Team Lead.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with prospects and existing clients 
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the correct services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serves as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust 
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Arrange follow up calls with new and existing clients
  • Co-operating with the Marketing team on new ideas and business opportunities, to improve the processes for generating leads
  • Adding, maintaining and organizing all contacts in the database and CRM
  • Ensuring the information about the clients is constantly up-to-date
  • Meet the monthly targets
  • Identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services
  • Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone, Skype or any other possible sources
  • Understand the needs of the clients and responding effectively with a plan of how to meet the client’s needs
  • Work strategically – carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
  • Have a good understanding of the business’s products or services and able to advise others about them
  • Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the Marketing Manager/Key Account Team Lead 
  • Attend seminars, conferences and events 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or similar fields
  • Proven 3 years working experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager or a relevant role 
  • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, CRM Software
  • Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of CAT tools (MemoQ, Trados, SDL, WordBee, WordFast, XTM)
  • Excellent business communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Detail orientation with the ability to multitask
  • Independence in carrying out assigned tasks
  • Team player

 

The working hours are 9am – 6pm
