Περιγραφή Θέσης

Our client is a fast-growing and innovative service provider established in Limassol with international exposure. Their goal is to provide tech-oriented and high-quality services enabling their clients’ growth and success.

Their team consists of IT, Marketing, eCommerce & other high calibre professionals with experience in different industries. Due to continuous growth my client is looking to hire an HR Generalist to manage the operations of the Human Resource Department and be an active member of the HR Team.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage new employees’ on-boarding process
  • Support ex-pat employees in relocation process including immigration formalities, enrolment to social insurance, tax and Gesy registration bank accounts etc.)
  • Manage leave process and exit interview process
  • Review and update employment contracts and agreements
  • Maintain and continuous update Human Resource Information System records
  • Manage leave request system
  • Develop training plans and manage the implementation of training programs
  • Develop & coordinate & deliver new employees induction program
  • Review, update and develop new benefit plans for employees. Handle all relevant administration procedures
  • Continuous update and review of company’s policies and procedures. Ensure that all company HR procedures and guidelines are followed
  • Support in the implementation of performance management system
  • Ensure to provide accurate and on time internal employees support
  • Manage employee relations issues
  • Stay up-to-date on employment legislation
  • Support in the preparation of annual budget
  • Develop and monitor HR metrics and provide ad hoc reports as requested

 
Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience within a similar role
  • BA/BSc degree in Business Administration or relevant field. Master’s degree in HRM will be considered an advantage
  • Fluent in English and Greek language
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PPT and in any of the HRIS
  • Strong organizing and communication skills
  • Multitasking with ability to manage priorities
  • Team-player
