Περιγραφή Θέσης

Our client, a well-established Payment Solutions Provider, is looking for a motivated, dynamic, inspired and committed Office Administrator to join their team in Limassol.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and operate the fort desk reception.
  • Be the first person clients, visitors and shareholders meet.  
  • Arrange flight tickets, taxi transfers, rental cars and accommodation 
  • Support finance department by requesting and processing invoices, financial documents and make necessary reports
  • Office Maintenance
  • Assist other departments with necessary Administration work
  • Ad hoc administration work

 

Requirements:

  • Relevant academic degree will be considered an advantage
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in both Greek & English

 

Working Hours:

Monday- Friday 9am- 6pm.

 

Salary up to 1500 EUR/Gross/Month based on experience and qualifications
