Our client is an international company in Limassol focusing on project management and logistics, looking for a Russian-speaking Secretary/Office Manager.


Job Description:

  • Interaction with courier services;
  • Interaction with local services and organizations;
  • Working with office equipment;
  • Document management;
  • Interaction with banks;
  • Interaction with company employees;
  • Organization of business trips for employees (visas, tickets, hotels, etc.);
  • Control of office life support (ordering stationery, water, etc.)



  • Strong knowledge of written and spoken Russian and English, Greek as an advantage;
  • Knowledge of PC and office programs;
  • Work experience in a similar position for 3-5 years;
  • Punctuality, responsibility, attention to detail;
  • Driver’s license.



  • Salary – 1500€ per month, net 
  • 13th salary, 
  • Compensation of fuel and phone expenses
  • Coffee/drinks/snacks/fruit in the office


Working hours – 09:00 – 17:00
