Our client is an online Financial Services company (Crypto platform) based in Limassol and they are currently looking to recruit further Customer Care Representatives.

Purpose of role:

  • The successful Customer Care Representatives will respond to users’ inquiries via their ticketing system, live chat and phone. This role is responsible for resolving all inquiries that the users might have in a professional and timely manner.  In this role you will report directly to your assigned team leader.
  • The ideal candidate will be highly focused on providing excellent customer care, is organized, a multitasker, detail-oriented, energetic and self-motivated in a very fast-paced environment who has a can-do attitude and has previous experience in customer support.



  • Provide direct customer support via phone, tickets and live chat
  • Help users with onboarding and account-related requests
  • Proactively identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • Report product malfunctions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams



  • 1-2 Years of experience as a Call Center Agent or Customer Support Representative (must have)
  • Active Listening and service-oriented thinking and acting
  • Experience using helpdesk software and remote support tools
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Mother tongue English, or advanced level of English (C1)
  • Ability to work in rotation from Mon-Sun
  • Team player that can also work independently
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience and fast typing skills (typing certificate will be considered as advantage)
  • Be able to work in a global environment


Working hours:

  • Working hours are scheduled in shifts, Monday to Sunday on a rotational basis.
  • The shift hours will fall between 7:00am and 11:00pm in the evening 


Salary :

  • Up to 1800 Euros based on skills and experience 
  • Crypto incentives 

Starting date: end of October /Beginning November
