Περιγραφή Θέσης

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Conduct interviews with candidates
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Administrative work regarding recruitment
  • Find and organise accommodation for new hires from abroad  
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc)
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, policies and regulations
  • Analyse and improve recruitment channels and techniques

 

Necessary Requirements:

  • Multilingual skills: English & Greek are required and additional one of the Nordic or German language would be consider as an advantage 
  • Previous experience in similar position
  • PC knowledge (excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills)
  • Good interpersonal communication skills, responsiveness, and eagerness for development
  • Hardworking
  • Attentive to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Team player and capable of working independently
  • Quick learner and being able to easily adapt
  • Conscientious, polite, and discreet
  • Taking initiatives and able to work autonomously
