For our client, a public company, we are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team in Limassol.
The successful candidate will be responsible for general secretarial and administrative support functions within the Company and will be required to liaise with all departments of the Commission as well as with members of the public. Overall, the incumbent will be expected to manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, provide general office support, oversee the accuracy and safekeeping of the office registry and undertake the creation, organization and maintenance of the files registry and the assets registry. Additionally, the Office Administrator will be required to draft formal communications and presentations, organize meetings, keep Managers’ agendas and arrange traveling requirements, assist in the preparation of Board of Directors’ meetings and meet and greet visitors as part of the reception service.
The incumbent has to be able to deal with people engagingly, always projecting a professional image of the Company.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, between 07:00 – 18:00
Maximum working hours per week will be 38 hours per employee
Flexibility on working hours might be required
Fixed Salary is 16,000 Euros Gross/Annual
