Our client is an established Import & Export Trading Company currently recruiting a Russian-speaking Front Desk Secretary / Bookkeeper.

 

Job Description:

  • Interaction with courier services;
  • Interaction with local services and organizations;
  • Invoices, receipts, statements. Managing receivables and administrative communications with our clients.
  • Issuing purchase orders. Managing payables and administrative communications with our vendors.
  • Supporting and validating bookkeeping by our external accountants. In the near future, performing bookkeeping in-house.
  • Supporting the daily operation of our office (collecting post, handling office procurement, offering hospitality to guests).
  • Offering secretarial support and other assistance to the company direct

    
Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of written and spoken Russian and English, Greek as an advantage;
  • Knowledge of PC and office programs;
  • Work experience in a similar position for 1-2 years
  • An LCCI or similar accounting qualification will be considered a significant advantage.

  • Driver’s license.

 

Benefits:

  • Salary – 1400 – 1500€ per month Gross
  • + Quarterly Bonus

Working hours – 09:00 – 17:00
