Our client, an Internet Services Company, in Limassol, is looking to employ a Russian-speaking Storekeeper to join their expanding team of professionals. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Interaction with suppliers of inventory: placing an order, receiving invoices for payment, monitoring timely delivery of goods, receiving goods from suppliers’ warehouse
  • Customs clearance of goods
  • Organization of warehouses operation
  • Receipt of inventory items to the warehouse
  • Delivery of inventory items from the warehouse
  • Timely and correct reflection of the receipt and issuance of inventory items in the accounting program
  • Participation in the inventory

 

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience as a supplier, storekeeper 
  • Skills of working with a large range of inventory
  • Experience working with automated warehouse accounting programs
  • Experienced user of Word, Excel (formulas, tables, diagrams)
  • Internet, e-mail, office equipment
  • Knowledge of English, Russian, Greek language will be an advantage
