The position:

We are looking for a high-calibre Content Marketing Assistant & Localisation Senior Assistant to join our marketing department at the company’s main office in Limassol.

 

The main responsibilities of the position include:

  • Work under the supervision of the Content Marketing & Localisation Executive to manage translation and localisation processes in multiple languages
  • Assist with coordinating international translator team and manage daily translation and localisation processes from task assignment to delivery
  • Work closely with an international translator pool to monitor and perform quality checks and ensure that the translated content fulfils all necessary criteria
  • Prepare briefings/instructions to translator team on company product details to ensure quality translations
  • Assist with maintaining/updating current translation/training materials and with training new translators/proofreaders on translation guidelines, translation processes and the use of localisation software
  • Contribute to translation & localisation testing efforts
  • Assist with creating and developing translation glossaries
  • Troubleshoot any technical issues and/or source content-related questions during translation processes
  • Handle web content editing & uploading to various Company websites via WordPress

 

Main requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Humanities, Communications, Marketing, or related fields
  • At least 2+ years of professional experience in translation coordination
  • Excellent English in writing/speech, foreign language(s) knowledge is a strong plus
  • Experience in using computer-assisted translation software (CAT tools) is a big plus
  • Knowledge of handling HTML coding is a big plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
  • Technical savvy, willing to acquire skills to use various software
  • Highly organized, precise and with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A high sense of responsibility and outstanding time management skills
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and under pressure
  • A fast learner and a team player with a can-do attitude
