Περιγραφή Θέσης

Our client, a leading provider of online foreign exchange (forex) trading, CFD trading and spread betting,  are looking for an HR Manager to partner with Senior Management and provide commercially focused people solutions. The HR Manager will be responsible for upholding the HR function for companies’ offices in Cyprus and Israel.



  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR function and duties.
  • Employee Intakes, Resignations & Terminations.
  • Develop, communicate, and implement HR policies and procedures that are in line with the local context, culturally acceptable, promote good performance and ethics.
  • Keep up to date all HR policies, procedures, and documents.
  • Assist with monthly payroll reporting.
  • Working to understand and help seek resolution for employee concerns.
  • Coach and assist managers with the disciplinary process according to company policies and respective labor laws.
  • Oversee the implementation of, and compliance with, existing policies and systems.
  • Maintain an environment that encourages good performance, motivates staff, promotes inclusion and non-discrimination.
  • Ensure functional coordination within the different parts, to ensure policies and procedures are applied in a fair and transparent manner, taking each sector’s specific needs into account.
  • Support the recruitment function.
  • Report regularly on different HR metrics as requested by Senior Management.
  • Perform other functions as required.



  • 3-5 years previous experience as an HR Generalist, HR Manager, or HR Business Partner
  • University degree in HR or a relevant field
  • Computer literate- Microsoft Office and Understanding various HR software systems
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, with an ability to take initiative and drive change
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Fluent Hebrew is mandatory as well as excellent English (both verbal and written)


Working Hours:

40 hours/week – Monday to Friday.
