Front Desk and Office Administrator


Main Responsibilities:

  • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming emails, phone calls and message
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail and couriers
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors and clients
  • Organizing and maintain records
  • Assisting to manage the Company’s website
  • Managing office suppliers and ordering the replacement
  • Providing other clerical support to the management team

  • Desire to learn and develop
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Fluency in English


Salary is from EUR1,000 to EUR1,400 per month gross based on experience and working hours.

Working hours from 8:00 to 17:00 with one hour break in between from Monday to Friday, or from 7:30 to 15:00 with 30 minutes break in between.
