Personal Assistant

Task and Responsibilities: 

• To provide PA/Secretarial support to the Managing Director
• Performing a variety of personal requests from the MD
• Schedule meetings and appointments for MD
• Take notes and provide general assistance during presentations and meetings.
• Conduct travel arrangements when required by the MD.
• Assist in any duties, general office administration, projects, and activities.
• Assist and preparation of Government tenders.

Requirements for the candidates

• Fluency in Greek and English Language is mandatory.
• Minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience in a similar position is prerequisite.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office packages and computer literate
• Strong ability to make conclusion-based decisions and work independently.
• Able to work under pressure and commit to deadlines.
• Able to work in a team environment.
