BigChange Cyprus Ltd is currently hiring a Technical Support Officer to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

 

We specialize in JobWatch Software, a Field Service Management (FSM) solution that offers a streamlined, paperless approach to planning, managing, and scheduling your mobile workforce. Our software encompasses a range of features, including scheduling, CRM, stock management, financial tools, and GPS tracking solutions.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze business requirements to define system design
  • Coordinate and evaluate system implementation
  • Conduct research and analysis to support solution design
  • Offer system consultancy and educate clients on system features and functionality
  • Provide training and assist with the initial setup of all system aspects

 

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • University Degree in a related field (Computer Science, IT or equivalent will be considered an advantage)
  • Knowledge of programming languages and Networking will be considered as an advantage
  • Fluent in both Greek and English
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including an intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent problem analysis and debugging skills
