Our client is a Business Consulting Services firm offering a wide array of compliance consulting services specifically designed for the digital asset market are looking to recruit a Product Owner working on a Hybrid work model to join the team at their Limassol based offices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a product owner or similar role, preferably within the web3 or blockchain space.
• Strong understanding of both web2 and web3 technologies and ecosystems.
• Proven experience writing epics, user stories, and detailed design documentation.
• Familiarity with UX design principles and experience working with UX designers
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Passion for blockchain technology and its potential to drive innovation and inclusivity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Understanding of blockchain infrastructure and tokenomics.
• Experience using product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into product requirements.
• Write clear and comprehensive epics, user stories, and detailed design documents.
• Work closely with UX designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Participate in the full product lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and launch.
• Prioritize product backlog items based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve product features and user experience.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
• Monitor and report on product performance, making data-driven decisions for future enhancements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in web3 and web2 technologies.

Salary and benefits:

• We are open to negotiation depending on experience.  
• 13th Salary

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 8 (eight) hours per day with a 1 (one) hour lunch break. Start times are flexible  

Starting date: As soon as possible (Ideally January 1st)
