Our client is a Business Consulting Services firm offering a wide array of compliance consulting services specifically designed for the digital asset market are looking to recruit a Product Manager working on a Hybrid work model to join the team at their Limassol based offices.

Responsibilities: 

• Deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps.Define the product strategy and roadmap
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes to the teams
• Scope and prioritise activities based on business data
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
• Drive product launches including working with executives, and other management team members

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Product Manager in fintech or blockchain industry
• Experience of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web3 technologies.
• Data analytics skills
• Market and competitive analysis
• Strong problem solving skills
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams
• Skilled at writing bulletproof PRD’s

Salary and benefits

• We are open to negotiation depending on experience.  
• 13th Salary

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 8 (eight) hours per day with a 1 (one) hour lunch break. Start times are flexible  

Starting date: As soon as possible (Ideally January 1st)
