Our client is a group of companies providing a full range of development services for the construction industry in Limassol, from project development to its implementation and they are currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer for their company.

The position will be responsible for:

• Estimation of projects costs and preparation of tenders
• Preparation of bulletins (reports) for quantities and specifications of electrical 
• Electrical studies/ design / systems licensing
• Communication with partners and providers 
• Coordinating and organising the daily tasks for the running projects, ensuring that they are completed effectively
• Coordinating the tasks of the Technical Department and providing information to the other departments 

The ideal candidate must be/have:

• At least 5 years’ experience in the construction Industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineer 
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD
• Excellent knowledge of English and Greek 
• Organisational and Communications skills
