Περιγραφή Θέσης

Our client is a Law Firm based in Nicosia and they are looking for a Personal Assistant.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the 2 partners of the Firm in handling workload from 1-2 directorships that each of them keeps in large companies and other workload
  • Acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for the Partner’s attention
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the Partner booking and arranging travel 
  • Reminding the Partners of important tasks and deadlines
  • Managing Zygos databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaising with staff and clients
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support the 2 partners 

 

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in Greek and English language
  • Prior experience in a law firm, ASP or audit firm is an advantage

 

Working hours:

The working hours are Monday – Friday 8am-1pm and 2pm-5pm. On Fridays of June, July and August finishing at 2pm.
