Our client, a Maritime Services Company in Limassol, is looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager and Business Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Lead project teams with clear communication and accountability to foster collaboration and achieve milestones.
• Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend actionable solutions to enhance operations and customer satisfaction.
• Create and present insightful business reports and market research findings to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor project performance using tools, dashboards, and KPIs, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
• Working experience of 3+ years in project management or business analysis, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results.
• Highly skilled in MS Office and comfortable with project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• You excel in organization, multitasking, and problem-solving, and your analytical skills are a strong asset.
• Holder of an MSc in Project Management, Business Analysis, or Strategic Management is a plus
• Working experience in the maritime industry is a plus

Working hours:

• The standard working hours are from 08:00-17:00 Monday to Thursday and on Fridays they work from 08:00 until 14:00.
• They offer hybrid and flexible working arrangements upon completion of the training period. This means that, after completing the training period, employees can work from home on any day of the week. They offer a flexible schedule to accommodate work-life balance.
