Περιγραφή Θέσης

Our client, a fast-growing property development company in Cyprus, is looking for an experienced Russian-speaking Corporate Administrator with experience in banking institutions, knowledge of KYC, strong communication skills (constant client interaction); must speak Greek, English, and Russian.

 

Responsibilities:

Compliance and Due Diligence

  • Support KYC and due diligence requests from banks, custodians, financial institutions, corporate service providers, and law firms;
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies;
  • Managing the correspondence with shareholders, directors, and management.

Document Preparation and Maintenance

  • Preparation of corporate documents (ready drafts, corporate resolutions, and minutes);
  • Maintain up-to-date corporate structures and clients’ due diligence documents;
  • Manage corporate information and documents and archive in both electronic and documentary forms.

Administrative Support 

  • Facilitate company strike-off processes and register charges;
  • Control changes in company structure and prepare supporting documents;
  • Handle daily corporate activities and communication with legal consultants and agents;
  • Manage document circulation, control, preparation, and signing by all parties.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Corporate Law, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Corporate Administrator or similar role.
  • Familiarity with corporate governance principles and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek, Russian and English.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive approach to managing corporate responsibilities.
  • EU-citizenship

 

Working hours:

The working hours are Monday – Friday 8:30-17:30 with lunch break 13:00-14:00 (onsite)
