Our client an Online Gaming company is currently looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Senior KYC/Compliance officer to join our dynamic team at their Limassol based offices

In this role, you will develop and implement KYC policies and procedures, lead and mentor a team of analysts, ensure compliance through regular audits, and identify and mitigate risks in customer onboarding and due diligence

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive KYC policies and procedures that comply with regulatory requirements. 
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of KYC analysts, fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement. 
• Ensure ongoing compliance with KYC regulations and internal policies by conducting regular audits and reviews. 
• Identify and mitigate potential risks related to customer onboarding and ongoing due diligence. What are we looking for? 
• Bachelor’s degree in law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CAMS) is preferred. 
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in KYC, AML, or compliance roles, with at least 2 years in our industry. 
• In-depth knowledge of KYC regulations and best practices. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
• Excellent communication and leadership skills. 
• Proficiency in compliance software and tools. 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Salary: 

• Salary 2500 – 3000 Euros gross monthly
