Our client is a Payment Service Provider with offices in Limassol and they are currently looking to recruit an experienced Crypto Trader join the team 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Execute and manage cryptocurrency trades across various exchanges and liquidity providers.
• Develop and implement trading strategies based on market research, technical analysis, and quantitative models.
• Monitor market trends, news, and events that may impact crypto asset prices.
• Utilize algorithmic and high-frequency trading strategies where applicable.
• Optimize trading strategies to maximize returns and minimize risk exposure.
• Collaborate with research, technology, and risk management teams to improve trading efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk controls.
• Conduct post-trade analysis to evaluate performance and improve trading models.
• Identify and exploit arbitrage opportunities within the crypto ecosystem.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in cryptocurrency trading, traditional financial markets, or proprietary trading.
• Understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets.
• Proficiency in using trading platforms, market data tools, and analytics software.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with strong decision-making skills.
• Good quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks and trading compliance regulations.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Salary: 

• Salary is negotiable and will be based on experience
