Περιγραφή Θέσης

Our client, an International Information, Data and Market Measurement Firm, which operates in over 100 countries worldwide, is currently looking for a Part-Time Receptionist who will fill the role for 1 year. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, organization and management of office administrative affairs
  • Maintaining the documentation archive
  • Administration of records of incoming and outgoing documents
  • Administration of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Technical and general tasks related to the organization of meetings
  • Communication with suppliers and partners
  • Perform inventory of property
  • Making office supplies arrangements
  • Booking transport and accommodation
  • Organizing company events
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
  • Processing and administration of invoices and managing office
  • Filling (digital and hard copy filing)
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Requirements: 

  • Previous experience in a similar role 
  • Candidate must speak and write English fluently 
  • Reliable, Self-motivated and can adapt quickly  
  • Needs to be able to start as soon as possible 
  • EU Citizens only 

 

Working hours: 

Monday – Friday, 20 hours per week – 4 hours per day
