Our client, is a fast-growing boutique real estate company in Limassol which creates, transforms and develops exceptional buildings. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Lead Architect to establish and grow a world-class architectural and design studio in Cyprus. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to build a high-end practice from the ground up, with full financial and operational support and a clear pathway to long-term partnership. The studio will initially focus on executing a multi-million-euro portfolio of luxury residential and resort developments for the investor. With strategic marketing and operational backing, the studio will later expand to serve external high-profile clients both locally and internationally aiming to become a globally recognized brand in contemporary architecture and design.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and lead a premier architectural and design studio in Cyprus
• Build and manage a high-caliber team (starting with 2–3 local professionals and a remote international team)
• Drive the creative vision for luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial projects
• Oversee full-cycle project execution in close collaboration with developers, consultants, and contractors
• Develop and shape the studio’s identity, brand, and design ethos
• Lead business development and client acquisition for external projects
• Play a key role in strategic growth with a route to equity/partnership

Requirements:

• Accomplished architect with a strong portfolio of luxury/high-end projects (residential, hospitality, and/or commercial)
• Proven experience leading or managing an architectural team or studio
• Entrepreneurial, creative thinker with a desire to build a unique and globally relevant brand
• Strong understanding of project execution, technical detailing, and construction management
• Familiarity with Cyprus planning regulations and permitting processes
• International exposure and an established industry network (preferred)
• Artistic, forward-thinking approach with a passion for contemporary design
• Fluent in English;
• Greek is a plus but not essential

Working hours:

• The working hours are 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday (onsite)
