Our client, a Law Office based in Limassol, is looking to hire a Corporate Lawyer. 

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing Agreements
• Drafting corporate documents (Minutes/Power of Attorney)
• Drafting legal opinion
• Companies’ Registry matters and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in corporate law matters including but not limited to reviewing agreements, drafting corporate documents (minutes/power of attorney), legal opinions, Companies’ Registry matters and procedures. 
• Fluent command of English, verbal and written
• Greek skills are an advantage

Working hours:

The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.00-13.00 – 15.00-18.00 or 09-13.00 – 14.00-18.00
