Responsible for all administrative duties and all communication in and out of the Housekeeping Office
Ensures that all types of forms used in Housekeeping Dept are adequately available at all times.
Updates the reception on all issues relating to the operation of the HK department.
Maintains complete knowledge of all Housekeeping services, outlets, and hotel areas/features and hours of operation.
Handles telephone calls and ensures all messages, information and requests are communicated promptly and accurately to provide prompt delivery of excellent service for all.
Ensures a smooth and efficient operation of the department.
Maintains and keeps effective records of the “Lost & Found” Items in rooms and public areas.
Keeps stocks of stationery for the office and raises requisition(s) accordingly.
Ensures that all equipment in the department including Computers are in good order and condition.
